The hotel Puerto Viejo has an imposing view towards the Pacific, surrounded by forests and just 4 km from the spectacular Lake Vichuquén.

The hotel Puerto Viejo stands out for its architecture inspired by the old pier of Llico and the wooden construction that respects the environment and landscape. In each process we seek sustainability, reusing the water of the laundry and showers for irrigation, in addition to having biodegradable products for the amenities.

Guests can enjoy tennis court, bikes, hot tub, heated outdoor pool, yoga classes, surf school, birdwatching, clay classes, meeting room and helipad. The recently opened spa area features a heated swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, therapeutic massages, gym and hairdresser.

Its gastronomic commitment uses local products with Mediterranean touches, complemented by an exquisite selection of wines, where the labels of the Maule Valley and Colchagua predominate.

Currently, the Hotel Puerto Viejo de Llico is the only project of these characteristics in the area. Its main motivation is to promote the tourist and gastronomic development of this town, delivering a unique experience to the guest where rest, gastronomy and contact with nature are the protagonists.

  • The Coiron Route: To the Rescue of an Ancient Art vigente

The artisans of Uraco – next to Vichuquén Lake – who work the Coirón (type of plant), want to rescue and make known this beautiful ancestral art. The project to be developed is to implement signage for a tourist route that guides visitors to know the process of collecting the coirón from its natural source, to the workshops of the artisans where each piece is handcrafted.
