Rest in Matildas Hotel Boutique, a beautiful house of the early twentieth century located in the typical area of Brasil neighborhood.

Located in Santiago’s Brasil neighborhood, Matildas Hotel Boutique is an old house built by architects Ricardo Larrain Bravo and Alberto Cruz Montt in 1912. It was completely restored, retaining its original classic three-story French look and a large garden with old trees. On the first floor you will find the restobar to start the morning with a delicious breakfast or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. In its living room you can share with other travelers or just comfort yourself with a good book. Finally, on its terrace you can rest or contemplate its beautiful garden. The rooms are located on the second and third floor of the house.

About the room

The hotel has 17 rooms of different types and 16 m2, all with private bathrooms and thermopanel in their windows. Some of its rooms face Agustinas Street and the Andes Mountains, while others face the garden and its centuries-old Araucaria. The interior design combines modern comfort with the classics of its French architecture.

Santiago is a vibrant and cosmopolitan city considered a versatile destination for all visitors. The city of Santiago was founded in 1541 and today its core concentrates most of Chile’s administrative, political and cultural powers. In addition, it has important complementary nodes such as the National Library, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Mapocho Station, among others. It includes several attractive neighborhoods (Yungay, Bellavista, Sanhattan, Lastarria, Italia, Esmeralda, among others); museums (Casona Santa Rosa, Museo de la Memoria, Interactive Mirador, La Chascona, Open Sky San Miguel); parks (Cerro San Cristóbal, Esculturas Park, Forestal Park, etc.) and many panoramas that we recommend for all types of traveler.

The following are actions carried out by the hotel with the aim of minimizing its impact on the environment and contributing to the development of the place where it is located:
