Cómo llegar

There are two ways to get from Cusco to Machu Picchu: walking or train (from Cusco station or Ollantaytambo station). Most visitors travel by train, on a scenic journey, of 3 1/2 hours from Cusco and 1 1/2 hours from Ollantaytambo. A member of Inkaterra staff will greet you and help you with your bags upon arrival at Machu Picchu Station and guide you walking to the hotel. Alternatively, you can make the Inca Trail for 2 to 5 days, camping on sections of the road.
