– Cancellations made before 7 days of check in, are not charged. Therefore we will proceed with the refund of the 100% of the amount paid. If notice is not received, it will be considered as No Show.
– Cancellations of reservations of more than one night made after 7 days of check-in, will be charged the value corresponding to one night and the balance of the other nights will be as credit for future reservations. It does not consider returns.
– Cancellations after 7 days from the date of check-in and corresponding only to one-night reservations, will be charged 100%
